Tanzwerkstatt
Since 2015 Olivia Hild is teaching in the Tanzwerkstatt in Vienna. The yearly performances take place at Schauspielhaus Vienna in June. She is teaching several groups of teenagers and young adults.
Lights on stAGE
A project inviting participants in the age 65+ to join a three month long dance and creation process, leading towards a public presentation of an artistic creation. The project is a transnational project with studio A.R.E.A. in Barcelona, co-funded by the EU and happening at the Tanzwerkstatt Wien, in collaboration with queraum. Research assistance
As a research-assistant Olivia Hild is working with Dr. Andrea Amort on a dance-exhibition in the Austrian Theater Museum in Vienna. Under the title Everybody Dances. The Cosmos of Viennese Dance Modernity Dr. Amort is displaying several key figures of Modern Dance that were active until the early 30s in Vienna, which was an international center point for modern, self-shaped, artistic dance. Some of these key figures migrated (or were forced to migrate) to Israel due to their Jewish Identity like Gertrud Kraus and the Ornstein sister. Hild is assisting with all the research relating to Israel.
