An Art & Science collaboration with Prof. Atan Gross
Presented at the Weizmann Institute on 12th of April 2022.
Atan Gross is a cell biologist, working with mitochondria, the energy creators of the cell. Atan creates ideas for his research through dance practice. Together with Olivia Hild they practiced dance and observed how new ideas shape through the movement for Atan. Olivia created a choreography of both their thought processes: the process of Olivia looking at the body and art with a cellular gaze and the process of Atan creating new research questions through physical movements.
